Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

Both opened and unopened products are eligible for return, provided they are returned in reasonable condition and include all original components, accessories, and packaging where available.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.

Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, store credit, or refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

To request a return, please email support@libertymagaclub.com. Once a return is approved, the item must reach our designated return location within 14 days.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to your original payment method. Additional processing time may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order details and a clear photo of the affected item.

Where applicable, we may provide a replacement or refund. If a return is required for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Liberty MAGA Club will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local carrier and confirm the shipping address provided with your order.

Return Conditions

We reserve the right to decline returns for items that have been excessively used, altered, intentionally damaged, are missing essential components, or involve suspected fraud or abuse of this policy. Opening the original packaging alone does not make an item ineligible for return.
